Foreign Minister Theodore Melescanu held a meeting with heads of delegation of the Arab countries in Bucharest on Wednesday. The meeting was attended by HE Abdullah bin Nasir al-Humaidi, the ambassador of Qatar to Romania. . During the meeting, they exchanged views on the intensification and diversification of cooperation between the Arab countries, Romania and the European Union, focusing on the security situation in the Middle East and North Africa region, pointing out that Romania supports resolving political differences through direct negotiations and implementing the "two-state solution" to end the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
