Qatar's Ambassador to Romania, His Excellency Mr. Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Hemaidi, met on 4^th July 2017, His Excellency Dr. Raed Arafat, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Emergency Affair

During the meeting, they discussed the bilateral relations between the two countries, the opportunities for cooperation available and the exchange of technical and human expertise to deal with emergencies caused by natural disasters, exceptional circumstances and wars.
