HE Mr. Abdullah bin Nasser Al - Hemaidi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, gave a speech during the seminar held at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Romania organized by the Romanian Society for Smart Cities and Mobility. The event was attended by senior officials in the Romanian government, Parliament, municipal bodies and a large number of international companies in the field of communications and information. The Qatari ambassador discussed Qatar's plans for the development of smart cities considering the capital Doha as an ideal model in the region, especially as it prepares to host the FIFA World Cup in 2022.
