H.E. Ambassador Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, attended, as guest of honor, the opening ceremony of the 2024-2025 academic year at “1 Decembrie 1918” University of Alba Iulia, following an invitation from the University's Rector, Prof. Daniel Breaz, Ph.D. The event comes in the context of the State of Qatar's constant interest in strengthening Qatari-Romanian relations in the field of higher education.
