H.E. Ambassador Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, attended the event hosted by H.E. Mrs. Luminita Odobescu, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Romania, which was held at the Diplomatic Club in the presence of Ambassadors, Heads of Romanian Diplomatic Missions and Foreign Ambassadors accredited to Romania.
