H.E. Ambassador Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, hosted a dinner party for H.E. Ambassador Talal Mansour Al-Hajri, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Romania, on the occasion of the end of his diplomatic mission. The party was attended by a number of Romanian officials from the presidency, government, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a number of Arab and foreign ambassadors accredited to Romania, officials from cultural institutions, businessmen, and some members of the Romanian Parliament.
