H.E. Ambassador Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, participated in a ceremony under the patronage of President of Romania H.E. Klaus Iohannis to honor H.E. Louise Mushikiwabo, Secretary General of the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF). During the event, H.E. was awarded the Grand Cross of the National Order, the "Star of Romania," by the Romanian Minister of Foreign Affairs., on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Romania's institutional membership in La Francophonie, and as a sign of high appreciation for the constant collaboration with Romania and recognition of its substantial contribution to the promotion of the values and principles of the International (OIF), The event took place at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
