H.E. Mr. Marcel Ciolacu, Romanian Prime Minister, and H.E. Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, attended the signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding between the communications Regulatory Authority in Qatar and Romania. It was signed on behalf of the State of Qatar by Eng. Ahmad Abdulla AlMuslemani, President of the communications Regulatory Authority in Qatar, and on behalf of Romania, H.E. Mr. Valeriu Stefan Zgonea, President of the National Authority for communications Administration and Regulation in Romania, at the headquarters of the Romanian Government.
