H.E. Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, met with H.E. Mr. Marcel Ciolacu, Prime Minister of Romania, at the Government Headquarters, on the sidelines of the signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding between the communications Regulatory Authority in Qatar and the National Authority for communications Administration and Regulation in Romania.
