H.E. Hazza Bin Khalil Al Shahwani, Commander of the Amiri Guard of the State of Qatar met with H.E. General Lucian Silvian Pahonțu, the Director of the Protection and Guard Service (SPP). The meeting took place in the presence of H.E. Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, during their attendance at the inauguration of the Excellence Center for Protection and Guard Services. A memorandum of understanding was signed between the Amiri Guard of the State of Qatar and the Protection and Guard Service of Romania.
