HE Ambassador Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, attended the ceremony held by Their Excellencies the Ambassadors of Arab countries for HE Ambassador Al-Mansour Ibrahim Boulad, Ambassador of the Republic of Sudan to Romania, on the occasion of the end of his term in Romania.
