H.E. Ambassador Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, attended the official opening of the event dedicated to the establishment of the Romanian Gendarmerie, at the headquarters of the General Inspectorate of Gendarmerie, in the presence of H.E. Mr. Catalin Predoiu, Minister of the Interior, and a number of senior Romanian officials and heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Romania.
