H.E. Ambassador Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, participated in the event organized at the National Library in Bucharest, Romania, by the Embassy of the Republic of Venezuela in Romania to celebrate Francisco de Miranda, forefather of the independence of Venezuela, as well as Cultural Heritage Day of Venezuela. Heads of diplomatic missions and representatives of local authorities attended the event.
