H.E. Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, participated in the International Cultural Conference entitled "Magtymguly Pyragy-Turkmen, educator, thinker and poet of the world" and in the exhibition held at the National Library in Bucharest. The Embassy of Turkmenistan in Romania hosted the event and it saw the participation of numerous heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Romania, as well as cultural and political figures and Romanian officials.
