H.E. Ambassador Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, participated in the conference "Diplomatic and Cultural Trip to Morocco" , which was organized by the the Francophone University Agency in Central and Eastern Europe, the "Carol I" Central University Library in Bucharest, the Group of French-speaking Embassies, Delegations, Institutions of Romania (GADIF) and Radio France Internationale.. The main guest at this conference was H.E. Ambassador Hassan Abouyoub, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to Romania. The event was attended by heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Romania.
