H.E. Ambassador Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, met with Mrs. Liliana POPESCU-BÎRLAN, Director General of the Romanian Diplomatic Institute. During the meeting, bilateral relations between the State of Qatar and Romania and ways to strengthen them between the two diplomatic institutes in the Ministries of Foreign Affairs were discussed.
