H.E. Ambassador Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, attended the farewell reception of H.E. Ambassador Hiroshi Ueda, Ambassador of Japan to Romania, which was held at the Diplomatic Club, on the occasion of the end of his diplomatic mission in Romania. The event was attended by a large number of ambassadors accredited to Romania.
