H.E. Ambassador Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, attended the event “Harmonies of Hope” held by the Doctors’ Orchestra in Bucharest at the Romanian National Opera House, under the patronage of His Excellency Romanian President Klaus Iohannis, on the occasion of International Human Rights Day. The concert was organized by the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Culture and the Medicine and Music Foundation and was dedicated to supporting cancer patients.
