H.E. Osama bin Yousef Aqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, participated in the Official Opening of the 12th edition of the Aspen Forum GMF Bucharest “A Global Inflection Point – Where Are We Headed?” organized by the Romanian Aspen Institute and the German Marshall Fund of the United States of America. Through this forum, world leaders have the opportunity to connect with the Black Sea region, connect transatlantic conversations, and reflect on the region and its impact on the international agenda. The forum was attended by high-level officials from NATO and the Marshall Fund, ministers and heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Romania.
