H.E. Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, participated in the reception on the occasion of the 78th Anniversary of the establishment of the United Nations, at the invitation of the Government of Romania and United Nations Organizations in Romania. The event took place at Victoria Palace and was attended also by H.E. Marcel Ciolacu, The Prime Minister of Romania.
