H.E. Ambassador Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, participated in the consultative meeting of the Council of Arab Ambassadors accredited to Romania, which was held at the headquarters of the Embassy of the State of Kuwait, and hosted by H.E. Ambassador Talal Mansour Al-Hajri, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Romania.
