His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar, sent a written message to H.E. Klaus Werner Iohannis, President of Romania, relating to bilateral relations and ways for enhancing and developing them.

The message was delivered by H.E. Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, during the meeting he had with H.E. Mrs. Luminita Odobescu, Presidential Adviser.
