H.E. Ambassador Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, participated in the official opening of the Three Seas Business Forum - Bucharest 2023 - Investing in a resilient tomorrow, at the Palace of Parliament. The event was organized to discuss significant events related to energy, transportation, digitization and investments and was held under the auspices and in the presence of the President of Romania, H.E. Klaus Iohannis and Prime Minister of Romania, H.E. Marcel Ciolacu. The forum was also attended by the President of Poland, H.E. Andrzej Duda, the Prime Minister of Croatia, H.E. Andrej Plenković, the President of Latvia, H.E. Edgar Rinkevich, the President of Lithuania, H.E. Gitanas Nauseda, and a number of ministers and specialists from all over the world, in addition to investors and representatives of international organizations, such as the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Investment Bank, the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, and the International Monetary Fund and heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Romania.
