H.E Ambassador Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, participated in the official opening of the Annual Meeting of Romanian Diplomacy (RADR 2023), which was held in Bucharest, in the presence of Minister of Foreign Affairs, Luminita Odobescu, heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Romania and other officials. The theme of this year's meeting was “A firm foreign policy of Romania: managing challenges and maximizing opportunities.”
