H.E. Ambassador Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, met with Mrs. Catalina Ancuța, Pro-Rector of the West University of Timisoara. During the meeting, they discussed topics related to higher education in the State of Qatar and Romania and to the Memorandums of understanding signed between the two countries in this field, in addition to ways to organize exchange programs between Qatari and Romanian universities.
