H.E. Ambassador Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, participated in the reception organized by the Group of African Ambassadors, heads of African diplomatic missions and honorary consuls of African countries accredited to Romania. The reception was held at the Romanian Diplomatic Club on the occasion of Africa Day and was attended by numerous Romanian officials.
