H.E. Ambassador Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, participated in the International Conference on Cyber Diplomacy (ICCD), which was held at the headquarters of the Romanian Parliament. The event was attended by the Deputy Secretary-General of NATO and many senior Romanian officials, in addition to the heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Romania.
