H.E. Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, participated in the ceremony held by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Culture in Romania at the National Museum of Art, on the occasion of the official visit to Romania of H.E. Mrs. Louise Mushikiwabo, Secretary General of Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF), and Romania's 30th membership anniversary to the Francophonie.
