H.E. Ambassador Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, participated in a working breakfast with H.E. Mr. Robert Cazanciuc, vice-president of the Senate and vice-chairman of the Parliamentary Friendship Group with the State of Qatar. The event was attended by a number of ambassadors accredited to Romania.
