H.E. Ambassador Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, participated in the periodic meeting of the Council of Arab Ambassadors accredited to Romania. The meeting was hosted by H.E. Ambassador Bakir Ahmed Aziz Aziz, Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Romania.
