H. E. Ambassador Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, participated in the event inaugurated by H.E. Bogdan Aurescu, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Romania and organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The event highlights the contribution of Romanian diplomacy in the field of international law, as well as the celebration of the personality of the Romanian legal adviser and diplomat, Vespasian Pella, by publishing the English version of his book "Vespasian Pella and the ideal of peace through law".
