H.E. Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, the Ambassador of the State of Qatar, met with Mrs. Olivia Toderean, General Director of the Global Affairs Department within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania. During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to develop them.
