His Excellency Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, met with Mr. Florin Goidea, General Manager of the National Company "Maritime Ports Administration" in the city of Constanța. During the meeting, they reviewed the bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries and they took a briefing tour of Constanta port.
