H.E. Osama bin Yousef Al-Qaradawi, Qatar’s ambassador to Romania, met with H.E. Dr. Raed Arafat, Secretary of State, Head of Department of Emergency Situations in the Ministry of Interior of Romania. During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to develop them.
