H.E. Osama Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, was bid farewell at Henri Coandă International Airport in the presence of officials from the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and ambassadors of Arab and Islamic countries accredited to Romania.
