H.E. Mr. Özgür Kıvanç Altan, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Romania, hosted a farewell reception in honor of H.E. Mr. Osama Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, on the occasion of the completion of H.E.’s tenure as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to Romania.The event was attended by a number of Romanian officials, as well as ambassadors of Arab, Islamic, and friendly countries accredited to Romania.
