H.E. Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi was invited, among other distinguished guests, by H.E. Klaus Werner Iohannis, President of Romania at the dinner state organized on the occasion of Romania's National Day, at Cotroceni Palace, on Saturday, the 30th of November.
