H.E. Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, attended the luncheon hosted by Their Excellencies the Ambassadors of Arab countries accredited to Romania, for H.E. Ambassador Talal Mansour Al-Hajri, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Romania, on the occasion of the end of his term of office. The ceremony was attended by a number of Romanian officials.
