H.E. Klaus Iohannis, President of Romania, met with H.E. Ambassador Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, on the sidelines of the ceremony held by Romania’s President at the Presidential Palace in honor of the heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Romania on the occasion of the New Year.

On this occasion, H.E. the Ambassador conveyed to the President of Romania the greetings of H.H. Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of the State of Qatar, wishing H.E. a Happy New Year and to the friendly Romanian people further progress and prosperity.

From his side, H.E. conveyed to H.H. the Emir of the State of Qatar his gratitude, greetings and wishes for good health and wellness and for the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries to further develop and prosper.
