H.E Ambassador Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, attended the Solemn Joint Session of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate dedicated to celebrating Romania's National Day. The event was held at the Romanian Parliament Palace, in the presence of heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Romania.
