His Excellency Ambassador Osama bin Yousef Alqaradawi , Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Romania, attended the National Speech Ceremony and the Official Reception on the occasion of Romania's National Day at Cotroceni Presidential Palace in Bucharest. Senior officials in the country and heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Romania participated in the event, at the invitation of His Excellency Klaus Iohannis, President of Romania.
