Qatari Citizens wishing to travel to Romania

Holders of diplomatic or special passports are not required to apply for visa to visit Romania
Holders of regular passports are required to apply for a visit visa, which must be issued from the nearest embassy of Romania

Note:

Holders of Schengin visa will be allowed to enter Romania, provided that they adhere to the residence period which doesn't exceed 90 daysCitizens of Romania wishing to travel to Qatar

Holders of diplomatic passports are not required to apply for visa to visit Qatar
Holders of regular passports are required to apply for a visit visa, which can be issued from airport/borders of Qatar or from the nearest embassy of Qatar
